Important Information About Our Services

All prices quoted are based on 30 or more passengers. Groups under this amount will be adjusted according to the package.
Spring and Fall are our peak seasons, so be sure to book early for maximum availability. Ask about special winter packages from mid-November through March, with off-season pricing.
Stuck for transportation for your small group? We now offer the use of our 14 passenger mini-motorcoach. Call for information and pricing.
Payment is due in advance or upon arrival with arrangements made at the time of booking. We accept company checks, certified checks, money orders and cash. Personal checks and extended billing privileges must be approved at the time of booking.
Deposit must be received by the date stated at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received, the tour will be considered cancelled.
Cancellation of one-day packages must be received no less than 48 hours prior to the tour or the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation of overnight packages must be received no less than 30 days prior to arrival or the deposit will be forfeited.
Marketing aids, including slides, videos, photographs and brochures are available.
Gifts for inclusion in your VIP packages (Amish Cookbooks, Horse & Buggy Pins and banks, Hershey Kisses and Candy bars, Amish dolls, and more) are available for a minimal cost.
Hourly guide services are available upon request.
Bilingual tour guides (German, French, Spanish, Dutch and Italian) are available upon request for an additional cost.
